DIGI Prepaird Sim Card /w iPhone4

Hi there,

Recently i bought an iPhone4 from someone, and i changed my prepaid sim card to micro sim prepaid.
When put the sim card into iPhone, connect to my laptop and open up iTune, it wrote that it's not compatible with this sim card.
Any of you guys having the same problem before?
