Once romance is over girl will forget everything

Some people may said girls are loyalty, and some may said girls are flirty.

Opportunity knocks once. So, I would like to know once romance is over, the chance is gone and girls will forget everything and move on while guys are still putting their love on that girl.

There's no more special feeling from girl toward a guy anymore and they just can pretending like no happened even the guy put lot of efforts and did lot of things for a girl who he loves.

Here's the situation :

My laptop is having problem which is it become extreamly slow. So,I brought it to the service centre and they charged me for money cause it's out of warranty. After they checked my laptop they claimed that there is no problem after they do the cleaning job by clean the laptop's fan on my laptop.

After have my laptop with me I noticed that the problem is still there. And decided to bring it to other shop for repair and they found out something is spoil while the service centre claimed nothing spoil.

I feel cheated and still considering about whether should email them asking for explanation.

So my question is isit Consumer's right applicable with my situation cause I paid for the services.

Please guide me, thanks.
