COD : Our shop or Wangsa Maju Area only
Postage: RM10 for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia

Warranty:
For AP set 18months / 24months for transceiver / 12months for LCD / 1month for Battery & charger.
(all mobile are from well-known local AP company)
For Authorised Dealers' phone, customer(s) can send the phone by their own to Zitron/Avaxx/Midland/Thorus&etc Authorised dealers. Or we can do the service for you as well!

House rules:
-Confirmation of order will be based upon receipt of deposit / full payment from customer.
-Once a customer confirms and places order, cancellation or change to other goods is not allowed.
-Deposit will be forfeited if a customer rejects the goods / cancel the order.
-If a customer dislikes any foreign operator logo (vodafone, Verizon, Tim & ETC) or keypad with Chinese, Thai, Arab language input kindly inform us when placing order.
-If we fail to order the goods for customer, 100% money back is guaranteed.
-Fantastic Communications will not be responsible for any damages or lost of parcel caused by the shipping company.
-Proper & safe packing will be done by Fantastic Communications.
-Fantastic Communications will SMS tracking number to customer and post in forum as well.
