Scammer reported lost bank card and subsequently reset the password?

Shopee refund policy

- Bought several masks from a seller from Shopee. Seller has a rating of 4.4* with 4.3k ratings, 90% chat response but less than a year on Shopee.
- Ordered and paid on 27 March.
- Seller promised initially on the product page to ship the mask in early April.
- Fast forward 10 days later, I went to check the status, still preparing. Checked the product page - it's not longer available [See edit]. Seller put up at notice on the shop page

- 3 days later, parcel was still preparing.
- Requested a refund and was rejected by seller. At this point, the expected shipment date is 21st April. (so much for shipping out within 48 hours from the shop notice)
- Seller has been ignoring my message and only responded via auto-reply seemingly
- Today noticed the expected shipment date is now 8th May.

1.) I didnt know a seller can keep extending the shipping date? Is yes, then wouldnt the auto-cancellation never be reached?
2.) What other course of actions i have at this time other than contacting Shopee, which I have already done, pending reply.

A rectangular tank has a recirculating pipe connected from one end of the tank to the other at level surface. The tank has a flow rate of 4.8 m^3/s. Given the height of the tank is 0.7m, width is 1m, length is 2.4m, what is the velocity in the pipe? diameter of the pipe is 0.3m

1.) Using the formula Q = A1V1 = A2V2

I get v in pipe = 67.89 m/s but surely that cant be right when the v in tank is 2m/s.

2.) Was my formula correct?
