However, I had some doubts regarding certain issues.<br /><br /><br />First, I need some opinion and suggestion on location to invest on in terms of:<br />Sales and Marketing Channel: Strategic position with regular demand and could sell off within shortest period to assure monetary liquidity <br />Land value and Project value: the land is a worth buy and selling price (bungalow) among that area is considerable.<br />Currently I&#39;m eying on lands around Rawang, Sungai Buloh, USJ and Klang. <br /><br />Second, any suggestion channels to control the risk for this kind of investment?<br />I was thinking to marketing and selling the bungalow when the construction work is 80% completed by the real estate agent.<br /><br />Nevertheless, I hope you guys can give me more suggestions and comments as well as criticism for me.<br /><br />Thank you 4n5 Workshop Property Talk Sun, 31 Oct 2010 23:13:17 +0800
