I'm baffled by how people survive in KL apparently their currently salaries which mostly are below 5 digits. I would like to find out what is the average salary range by those living in KL.

Most people i see once earn like 5k monthly drives a bimmer and parties on weekends. To me this is wierd. I myself spend like 20-30k when i get back on leave for a month each time. And i just dun see how ppl can afford to live there with such low salaries.

OK peeps, i would like to find out if there are any of you single mum's here and if any guys experienced going out with one.

I'm in my late 30's, financially stable and work in africa on 3 months on 1 month off rotation.

the thing is i just got involved with a divorced lady with 3 kids. I'm wondering what should i be prepared for?

She and I are so much in love but i'm worried and i dun know if i'm ready for this? I mean talk about instant family!!

To me its good that she is financially stable herself. She has assets and her own company so she doesn't need a man to take care of her kids as she's done it on her own, with her mum's help of course.

the thing is me being single for the past 6 or 7 yrs now and i land in a relationship with a lady with 3 kids, knowingly. My cousin who re-married with 2 kids of he own told me to really think about it cos it ain gonna b easy, but it will work out as long as both parties co-operate however i cant talk to my cousin much cos she's lives in sweden and i'm in africa. I'll be heading back to malaysia to see her again in about a weeks time.

To me this relationship is on a speed train, everything moving so fast. I'm more concerned about the kids though, i mean its good that i they're not that young but how will they react? how will i react? i love kids and i can be a kid to myself!lolx.

Wat was it like for anyone here if there are on being in situation like this. how would a woman feel? how would a man feel?

Alienware vs Sager vs Asus

I'm looking into purchasing a gaming lappy. i've no choice but to go portable as my work requires me to travel but i still wanna game. So i'm down to these 3 now.
what my friend told me ( he is a real hard core avid gamer and changes hardware when it is released!) is the following :-

1. Alienware - for posers to show off the glowing alien
2. Asus - for Pro-gamers
3. Sager - I'm looking at this but not to keen as it's an OEM mfg but am open to sugestions

so here i would like to find out from actual users to recommend me the pros and cons from their experience. I'm looking to get one when i'm back in malaysia either end of june or on my 2nd trip back end of oct.

i'd prefer a 14" or 15" screen as a 17" screen is just too big..

I've searched the threads and have not found a post that compares these 3 so please dun flame. Appreciate your opinions. thanks guys.

Well as the topic says, I'll be coming back to WoW after a 3yr absence due to trying out Lineage 2 and Warhammer, etc. I plan to re-roll on DreadMaul and will be on the Alliance side. I plan to re-roll either a Resto Shammy or an Arcane Mage or maybe a Fire Mage. SO any help in those servers would be most welcomed hehehe. I plan to play here cos there are a few players who are playing with me as well and we are all have kinda retired from the hardcore lifestyle and decided to take it slow. Heck we all working anyways. So, will be playing like few hours a day after work and most likely go nuts on weekends lolx. They already have a headstart as I had to move to a new city due to work and am looking at month end to re-start again. hehehe

SO anyone in those servers here? WOuld like to have some friends first at least. hehehe.

Hi there, I'm quite new to ICE, though thru the years I roughly know what to get but still its good to get advice from ppl who know their stuff. Anyways,

Seems the new double craft system is in effect and even applies while making SS:

Seems to go off quite often for CSS (As in over 50%) but it has yet to perform for C-BSPS which makes me think that NCSoft has set it on a recipe by recipe rate.

Crystal count has also changed for several items while I don't have a full list the following are some examples:

Well here's another article that might asisst everyone regarding this new patch.

Since the free update Lineage 2 : The 2nd Throne - Gracia, Part1 a crafter could create a Chaotic Item. These items needs to be unsealed to get the unsealed effect on them. In addition to the unsealed effect those Chaotic Items also have a rare effect. The Chaotic Items can be refined by the Blacksmith of Mammon into a Rare Item. The rare effect is fixed per Item and not randomly choosen.

S80 Jewelry Items droped from Boss Mobs on the Isle of Prayer will have a much lower Magical Defence than the normal counter parts, without a rare effect:

PVP Bonus - Armor

Armor must be unsealed. Rare Armor parts can NOT receive the PVP Bonus. To apply the PVP Special Bonus to an armor set, only the upper body or full body item needs tobe refined. PVP Bonus enabled armor can not be strengthen with element stones, therefore finish the element enchanting before appling the PVP Bonus. PVP armor can not be droped, traded or shipped. The PVP Bonus can be removed for free. Top A-Grade to S80 armor can be upgraded. PVP Bonus for shields is currently not ingame.

* Robe Armor: Critical Down - Decreases damage received during PvP, and decreases critical rate and critical damage with a fixed rate when being attacked.

* Heavy Armor: Speed Down - Decreases damage received during PvP, and decreases all of the target’s speeds when being attacked with a fixed rate.

* Light Armor: Mirage - Decreases damage received during PvP, and blows away the opponent’s target with a fixed rate when being attacked.

* not ingame:
Damage Down - Decreases damage incurred when being attacked.
Heal - Adds an effect when Major Heal is used upon a player.

* Shield Bonus (not ingame):
Reflect Damage - Reflects the enemy’s attack with a fixed rate when being attacked.

PVP Bonus - Costs

To enhance an item with a special PVP Bonus, you need a sufficied amount of PRP / Fame and adena. Fame and adena costs depend on item grade:

* Battleground Blessed Scroll of Escape: Relocates you to the nearest village. Can only be used in Siege and Fortress war. - 270PRP

* Battle Health Recovery Potion: Recovers HP when in use. Characters below Level 52 are not affected. Usable only during a Siege or Fortress war. - 14 PRP

Personal Reputation Points & PVP Bonus Pt.1

Well, here's the low-down on the fame system after the gracia patch update. With this new thingy I guess we SHOULD see more castle wars and more clans fighting among each other as currently it is just too peaceful! hehehe Oh btw, I've only put part of the info here. Afterall to give out everything in 1 go wouldn't be fun now would it? lolx.

Any Character level 40 and above with a finished 2nd class change can aquire Personal Reputation Points. Those can be obtained through Fortress Sieges, Castle Sieges, Clan Hall Battles, the Underground Arena on Fantasy Island, winning the Festival of Darkness and Noblesse Gate Passes from the Olympiad. These Personal Fame Points can be used to enhance Armor and Weapons with a special PVP Bonus.

Obtaining Personal Reputation Points / Fame

* Castle Siege War - Every 5 minutes you get 125 PRP, upto max 2.875 PRP for a siege. You only get them while being on the the battlefield your clan is registered on as either attacker or defender. Leaving and re-entering the battlefield will reset that 5 minute counter.

* Fortress Siege War - Every 5 minutes you get 31 PRP, upto max 341 PRP for a Fortress Siege. Same rules as for a Castle Siege apply.

* Clan Hall Battle - Every 5 minutes you get 75 PRP, upto max 825 PRP for a Clan Hall Battle. Same rules as for a Castle Siege apply.

* Underground Arena - First win gets you 80 PRP. Any follow up win gives
2 ~ 5 wins: 85, 90, 95, 100 PRP
6 ~ 10 won rounds: 102, 104, 106, 108, 110 PRP
11 and above: 111, 112, 113 … PRP
So a 5 winning streak results in: 80 + 85 + 90 + 95 + 100 = 450 PRP

* Festival of Darkness - Members of the top parties from the last competition period gain 1.080 PRP.

* Olympiad - You can exchange Noblesse Gate Passes into Personal Fame at a 20:1 ratio.

Spending Personal Reputation Points

By speaking to the Reputation Manager Rapidus & Skipio the Personal Reputation Points can be used to:

* lower a characters PK Count - 5.000 PRP eleminate 1 PK
* exchange the Personal Reputation Points into Clan Reputation Points - 1.000 PRP turn into 50 CRP
* upgrade Weapons and Armors with special PVP bonus
* purchase Battlefield Items

The Reputation Managers are located next to the Olympiad Monument in Aden and Rune.

PVP Bonus - Weapons

Weapons must have a SA applied. Rare weapons can also receive the PVP Bonus. PVP Bonus enabled weapons can not be strengthen with element stones, therefore finish the element enchanting before appling the PVP Bonus. PVP weapons can not be converted into Kamael Weapons, not be droped, traded or shipped. The PVP Bonus gets listed under the passive skills tab. The PVP Bonus can be removed for free.

* CP Drain - Recovers CP with a fixed rate when attacking.

* Cancel - Cancels 1 or more of the opponent’s enhanced conditions with a fixed rate when attacking.

* Ignore Shield Defense - Decreases the opponent’s shield defense with a fixed rate when attacking.

* Attack Chance - Inflicts additional damage with a fixed rate when attacking.

* Casting - Increases Casting Spd. when being attacked.

* Rapid Fire - Increases bow/crossbow attack speed with a fixed rate when attacking.

* Decrease Range - Decreases bow/crossbow range with a fixed rate when attacking.

* Decrease Resist - Decreases attribute resistance with a fixed rate when attacking.

Only top A-Grade to low S80 weapons can receive the bonus. The Bonus is fixed per Weapon. Check the weapon lists to see wich weapon can get the PVP Bonus.

Great Wolf, Improved Cougar, Improved Buffalo, Improved Kookaburra

The Wolf envolves into a Great Wolf at level 55. Once reaching lvl 70 the Great Wolf envolves into a Fenrir, getting extra attacks and skills. Like Striders a Fenrir can be mounted when summoned. Baby Cougar, Buffalo and Kookaburra turn into Improved Cougar, Buffalo and Kookaburra. An improved baby pet can cast buffs on its owner:

Great Snow Wolf, Snow Fenrir, and Red Dusk / Red Star / Red Wind Strider

Members of a clan that is in possession of a Rune or Aden Clan Hall can exchange their normal Wolf or Strider for a Clan Hall one. All they have todo is speaking to the Clan Hall Gatekeeper located outside the clan hall. A Great Wolf can be envolved into a Great Snow Wolf. A Fenrir turns into a Snow Fenrir, and Striders may be exchanged for a Red Star Strider, Red Dusk Strider or Red Wind Strider.

The Great Snow Wolf, Snow Fenrir and Red Striders possess unique skills that ordinary pets do not - the Great Snow Wolf can already be mounted at level 55. Their defense and mounted moving speed are higher than those of normal - non Clan Hall obtained - pets. At level 70 the Striders moving speed inreases from 172 to 177.

Moving to Cadmus?

Well since I heard Cadmus is gonna be like Aria and BB svr, I'm wondering how many are willing to move over? In aria its just too quiet. No big wars going on, No 3-way wars, etc. Not like it used to be. In BB pulak well there is some strife but the players there honestly, too chicken shit to fight lolx.

So am thinking maybe a move to cadmus would be good but not sure. mainly cos in Cadmus, its a fresh start, and with the botting( i KNOW everyone does it so stfu lolx) n lvling experience we all have in the other svrs, it might be a good move? I dunno, New castles to conquer, new CH to conquer, Market hopefully can b controlled ( cos my choochoo gang will start there is got enuf ppl hehehe), etc etc.

So just wondering how many might move. and give reasons y u wanna move. I know y u dun wannt move cos of ur chars in aria. lolx

Weapon Rare Effects from Gracia Pt.1

Since the free update Lineage 2 : The 2nd Throne - Gracia, Part1 a crafter could create a Chaotic Weapon in addition to the normal Weapon. The Chaotic Weapons can be refined by the Blacksmith of Mammon into a Rare Weapon. The rare effect is fixed per Item and not randomly choosen.

To refine a Chaotic Weapon into a Rare Weapon you need Mammon’s Varnish Enhancer. You can buy this for 100k adena from the Merchant of Mammon. Depending on the grade of the weapon you need: 1 for B-Grade, 3 for A-Grade and 7 for a S/S80 Weapon.

Note:
The listed Special Abilities and Rare Effects might not be on par with the in-game descriptions. The original translation (provided by NCSoft NA/EU) is far from being accurate and often misleading. So the whole list got double-checked against the korean version and now lists the original korean SA and Rare Effects.
To create Rare Dual Swords one of the 2 swords needs to be a rare weapon already.
Weapons are sorted by Grade, PAtk/MAtk and Name.

I have no idea how to do tables in here so er.. anyways, i've sent the file to hanzer to figure it out lolx.

Landslide chance to stun when attacking
Great Gale - increases Atk. Spd.
On Fire - increases HP regeneration
Destruction - increases P. Atk.

Holy Spirit - increases heal amount
