Hi All..

I have query here need help from all of you.

As we know courier charges is not cheap. the higher weight the cost more expensive.

There are fashion online shopping websites able to make their courier charges cheap or even free.

for example, zalora, luxola, fashion valet etc.

from what i see from their website, purchase below RM150 will have courier charge.

For purchase above RM150 free courier.

I want to know how they can make it. They even can ship to brunei, singapore, thailand for free.

Anyone here know how they able to make it?

Please advise.

Hi All,

Have questions to ask all sifus here..

I selling food powder & sauces part time. When customers issue cheque to me, i borrow my friend's company bank account. Means they pay to my friend bank acc and my friend will pay out to me again. As i do not open a current acc.

Now my friend want to charge me 5% service tax for each cheque. Is it legal? Should my friend do this? Any solution? If can I want to avoid this.

When GST is imposed, how will GST affect this?

have some queries here to ask all sifus.. sori if i post wrong place..

pls advise whether this business is worth to do n invest.this business is selling food spices. below are our queries:-

1) we take stock from factory to resell.. profit margin is 30%. consider ok?

2) the factory supply to individuals, shops, factory n agents. no MOQ to take from factory. factory price slightly lower than us. can we fight wif factory in the market?

3) there also alot agents in the market selling same thing. there are price throwing. how to win other agents?

4) the factory say wont supply to our client. but how we know they wont? as don have black n white.

factory not shud only supply to big customers that order alot? if the factory also supply to all the customers, how the reseller can make money? as customers sure go to lower price once they found out.

i m not sure other industries is it the same situation as the above. kindly advise whether this business is worth to do.

i have question here to ask..

Let say we are buying some item from another party thru online.

To ensure the seller get the money, the buyer can issue letter of credit.

definition - A letter of credit is a document that a financial institution or similar party issues to a seller of goods or services which provides that the issuer will pay the seller for goods or services the seller delivers to a third-party buyer.

But nowadays, we need to pay first before we get our stock.

May I know is there any way to ensure that we will get the stock after payment? something like the letter of credit..

After we make payment, the seller can dont deliver the stock.

Hi All..

I am not sure whether i post the correct section. BUt i need opinion from u all.

Recently i got a job offer. I dont know to accept or reject.

Position: Agency Development
Role: To recruit people to be agent to sell insurance. I am like HR.Then I need to give them basic training and monitor their selling performance.
Company: Nt convenient to tell.ONe of insurance co. in malaysia.
Salary: RM3500

There are 3 points which make me consider:-
a) Petrol, hp, tol,parking, car allowance all include in the RM3500. That means no other allowance given.

b) I need to take insurance exams. It costs around RM300 plus. I need to bear the cost on my own. Company wont absorb the cost.

c) I ask the person whether i have any commission if i successful recruit anyone. He said, "We will only review the incentives scheme after 6 months. As now, this is new program. We want to monitor how it works. Your incentives will be only given when a new person i) take insurance exam, ii) Able to meet RM40000 sales target."

The person told me my target now is to successfully recruit 5 person in 6 months time. Plus they fulfill all the criteria above, then i will only be consider successful.

SHOULD i Acept?? Or Reject??
