Laptop Harddisk Not Detected at Bios

Hi all,
I've already confirmed my laptop harddisk having some problems. Its not able to be detected even I switch the harddisk to another laptop.
To any the computer gurus, any chance of retrieving the datas from the harddisk? Any software? or probably dismantle the harddisk and fix it back on another harddisk?
