Your husband is in debt and what will you do?

My husband is in a credit card debt again recently without my knowledge and I don't have any idea how he managed to owe so much money. We just got married in JPN only without any other expenses and he never pay any money to my parents or even wedding photos. Recently he had me to give him a 5k recently for whatever reasons. And I'm paying for the house installment since 5 years ago because those times he owed a lot of money from credit card to personal loan and manged to settle them one year ago.

What should I do now? I'm financially independent and this is not the first time he borrowed money from me since the 11 years together. Sigh.

And my friend caught him enjoying his meal with his family in Sunway pyramid. When with me he will refuse to eat more expensive food.
