opinion needed on 3rd car

Currently using

Wira 1.5 Auto for Daily using to work
Honda City 2014 when delivery item to customer long distance drive

Planning to get another car as City soon given to my mom for her usage .

i have budjet of 10k DP for another car , with monthly downpayment not more then RM1,500.

Currently on the City payroll of RM1xxx and ending next year ( 5 year loan only )

Im plannning to get either one of this

Hey bro n sifu in LYN

Firstly thanks for answering my question , and cut short heres my question / problem

1) Using 1999 Wira Auto bought in 2013 from a friend for 6k

After accident alot issues (Hilux bang from behind during peak hour at Traffic Light) due to bad workmanship from the panel that we sent in
*Leaking in Bonet only realise after 1 month and end up entire wiring in car become shot
*Fix wiring and car no problem aprox 6 months
*Issues with normal wear n tear

Did MAJOR overhaul maybe around August 2014 with a mechanic
*Car running good for about 1 year without major issues and normal wear n tear
*Unfortunately August 2015 Timing Belt putus when sending phone to customer

Did another Major Overhaul around August 2015 period but unfortunately the mechanic didnt do nice job and end up got alot of noise / under performing car / bad pickup / bad sound / car engine keep auto shutdown need start again

End up took to a workshop in Setiawangsa area and asked him to check and changed some wire and as per told by him , the last Overhaul mechanic didnt do properly and nothing much can be done , he just did some service with the piston and charged me RM450 and informed that Car cant be use for long run and dont ride beyond 120 KM/H

So had not much choice but still using to move around for time being

My First question

Should i continue with this car by changing better engine ?
Worth or not ?

My second question is
Im planning to get secondhand car for my partner and so far i have list down the model that Im interested ( low budjet )
