Dear Members,

I am currently using 120 Gb Corsair - Force Series 3 SSD as my primary drive (C:).

Due to some updates and etc, I am running out of SSD space. Therefore, I decided to perform RAID 0 with a new same SSD.

The question now is do I need to reformat the existing drive and combine the new drive to create RAID 0 ??

Or

Could I just tab the cables into the new SSD and convert the drive without performing any reformat.

I am currently running on WIN 7 (Premium) 64 bits with ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z.

Please advice.

(I know I could Google around but it will take me days to find out all the answer)

Dear All,

I recently set up a new network in my office using Dell Server T410 with Windows Server 2008 with 5 CAL license. On top of that, I also set up 5 Remote Desktop CAL license as well in order to log into the server to run certain program. Once that is done, I also install all the necessary printer driver both at the server and individual workstations.

Once everything has set up, every single workstation is working perfectly until when the workstation log out of the server via remote desktop.

Every time when any workstations log into the server remotely, it seem that the default printer is redirected to my network printer which I didn't install at the first place in the server and this going on and on and on...

I am wondering if I miss any steps in configuring the server printer or server properties or anything ?

All users are slap with Power User, Print Operators, Backup Operators, Remote Desktop Users & Users rights.

On top of that, when I as the admin log into the server to check the available printers, I have tons of unwanted redirected printers drivers appear. How do I actually delete it as I can't delete it via admin rights as well.

I hope anyone out there could give me a help in this as I found Windows Server 2008 become a little complicated than Windows Server 2003, which actually it should be.
