Application for postal vote

1. Check if you are valid voter
SPR (Election Comission) website, key in your IC number.

2. Register as voter (online) EC
download and fill Form A from Election Commission's (EC) website and email to them
if you have any problem, please contact EC headquarters in Putrajaya at (006)03-88856500. source

3. Apply for postal vote
Follow the steps here for postal vote registration. fill in Form1B and email to upup@spr.gov.my. You may also fax to them. There is sample form in the website for your reference.

Criteria for postal vote application:
1. you must be a registered voter
2. be in malaysia not less than 30days in the past 5years

I received my application confirmation on the next day I emailed my application form. Please apply for postal voting if you are staying in oversea.

I finally went to hands on this 3DTV headset in Sony Style, Seoul. But unfortunately it is not launched yet in Korea, only display set for hands on purpose.
You guys have any idea whether they are selling it in Sony Plaza Tenjin Fukuoka, Japan? Thank you.
