Dell monitor P2414H Black out

Hi, jz wanna ask if anyone has encounter with this issue that a Dell monitor model P2414H randomly goes into power saving mode and black out for a few seconds? It happens every 15 min to 1hr.

I have all the latest driver installed and is connected to my R9 290 via display port.

Please help as this is very frustrating...
