Gdex lost my parcel

I sent a graphic card GTX1070 out using Gdex from Butterworth branch. And it's traceable until it in transit to Petaling Jaya and it's been a week so I called them to check and after they asked me to wait and wait they admit that the parcel is missing and only willing to paid RM200 for compensate in 30 WORKING DAYS. That's like more than a month and the item worth more than RM1300. They blamed me for not buying the insurance for the parcel. So is there any other legal actions I can take?

How to see dermatologist at Government Hospital?

I have been having white spot on my back for months. I went to clinics, the doctors gave me cream and charged me RM90 per visit but still it did not help.

I would like to go to Government Hospital to see a dermatologist as other private hospitals are too expensive. What is the procedure to see a dermatologist at Government hospital? I am a university student. And what would be the estimated cost? How long I would have to wait for appointment?

i heard some ppl says that u can actually get discount and freebies with the sales agent if u buy online.Is it true?I been chat to a sales specialist at dell website.She send me the quotation,but the price is without any discount.It is same as the price stated online.I ask her whether the price is fixed,she say yes
