Connecting to the Internet is OK but Can&#39;t activate the Personal Hotspot on the New iPad. The setting does not appear in the iPad to on it even if I change my Sim from my iPhone to the iPad. Called Apple regarding this &amp; they said the Carrier should enable it but when I called Celcom there is no solution since they have not launch the New iPad.
