Can I get your opinion on Cyberia Smarthomes in Cyberjaya? I am keen to purchase one unit for investment. However, the price seem to be dropping and not much information I can get, except for the few reason stated below:
- 80% student
- got break-in case (i believe this also happen in everywhere)
- condo management very poor
- banjir

However, rental wise is still good at RM1,400 min
