pay using check

this might be a noob question, but i need some help asap.

i want to make a payment using a check, and currently im only holding a normal saving account. if i go down to the bank, can i get it done? meaning if i want to issue the check, i need to have sufficient amount before the amount can be cleared? and if this can be done, is there any service fee for issuing the check?

is it okay to put on a skinny-slack-pants to interview? you call that formal? (it's slack btw)

how about pump shoes? or you really need to go for the heels one?

*im asking bcoz friends said cannot wear those. but it IS presentable for me.

how to send in your resume [fresh graduate]

as titled above.

waiting for final result currently. how to send resume apart from send in via email. can u simply go to any company and knock the door to send it by hand? what if they don't ad for the vacancies? do i simply send it by hand? how to ask for the job by the time u meet them anyway? do you need to put on formal wear (just in case you are going to be interviewed on that time). seriously, im null in knowledge to find a job. and is it true good resume writing is what they're looking for? do i need to attach my result slip together?
