Very Funny Issues with Wireless Connection

Hi fellas,
this few days, i cant detect any access point signal,
which is odd because usually i can get 7-8 wireless access point signal at my house.

so, what i did is i on my router, connect my laptop to the router,
after connected, check back the wireless network dialog,
and voila, suddenly can detect all signal.

it is not because of laptop as both my laptop behave the same.
what is happening actually?
is it logic to say my neighbor install jammer?

hi guys,
im trying to batch download on a website,
but how do i set the asterisk twice?

example like this:
www.abc.com/444/56.mp3

if i set:
www.abc.com/*/*.mp3
it will download:
www.abc.com/001/001.mp3
www.abc.com/002/002.mp3
www.abc.com/003/003.mp3

so how do i set to get like this;
www.abc.com/001/001.mp3 until finish first directory,
then it move to www.abc.com/002/001.mp3 until finish 002 directory,
and so on.

any sifu has any idea how to set it?
