My CCTV could not be accessed anymore but it works flawlessly when im using Streamyx in the past.
Can I know how to solve this issue?

Claiming Private Hospital Bill with Government.

Recently my mum was admitted to hospital due to brain aneurysm.
After surgery and everything the bills racked up to RM116k which is more than what my mother's medical card is. (Old Plan)
After deducting her medical card which was RM50k, I am still stuck with RM66k.

My mother was actually sent to government hospital first before sending her to private hospital because that particular hospital don't do surgery for brain aneurysm

Since i am a teacher/government servant, i been trying to find ways to help my family financially. I tried going to the hospital to ask for the required documents but they could not provide it to me and they looked confused about what i was talking about.
Is there anyone with such experience could help me and tell me about the process clearly.

Recently after UNIFI came to fix my cable at my house

it can connect up to 300mbps at some point but the connection can suddenly DC and connect back?
The internet connection keep spike up and down.

The technician came few times d say no problem.
When playing games, they will spike to 300-400 ms randomly every 10 seconds.
See the picture, uploading at 75mbps halfway suddenly become 0 mbps
