My foreign worker resigned

My one and only good attitude foreign worker resigned today due to permit problem.

The ex-company cancel the working permit today, how can I keep him working in here.

Asked runner for opinion, he say need to fly back to origin country, settle the all the documents and fly back to Malaysia.

I was like ...

14 days quarantine on arrival on origin country
Few working days to settle the documents
another 14 days quarantine on arrival in Malaysia

Wah... 1 month leh....
Anyway to speed things up, or the renewal of working permit can be done without him flying here and there?

When I start my laptop, during the Window booting screen, it keep beeping non stop, anyone know what the problem?
I am using dell N5110.
Bought it on 2011, warranty till 2014.
would it be wise to claim the warranty ?

PS: sorry for being noob, its my first laptop.
