Streamyx 4Mbps Disconnect at night only

I've been experience this problem since June 2012 until now.

Keep dc at night, around 8pm- 12am disconnect until the next morning 8am-9am.

DC and RC. Keep like that until next morning. If reconnect also just able to refresh one page then DC. About 5 second. Maybe I'm using 4mbps.

I can use the internet at day time without having single disconnect. I made more than 50 reports technician last coming on Tuesday say I should change my internal wiring.

In this 2 months , TM do few things,
1) Change my modem
2) Pull the direct line from outside pillars
3) Repair their underground cable
4) Change my port
5) Repair pillars line
6) Downgrade to 2mbps, working at night but once change back to 4mbps, stop working. (Before June it was fine all day long)

I just state the uncommon repair, don't mention the normal stuff as reset port, troubleshoot. That's not working.

They will come on next Monday, so I would ask if changed the internal wiring, if not fixed. Then I don't have to pay right? If changing the wiring I give the job to the TM technical contractor. I scare if outside wiring technician come to change and still got problem they might blame the technician. So better let TM technician do it.

Did you guys experience the same problem? How do you fix it? Please help !
