SLI producing crappy graphics during gaming

Hello All,

Need help here. Just purchased another 8800GTS 320MB to do SLI. Installed it, boot up, enabled SLI, and was anxious to play some games. Unfortunately, I am hit by crappy graphics during gaming, with constant flickering, colour change, and pixelation.

I do not have this problem when running on a single card. Anybody had similar experience and have a cure for this?

My system specs:
C2D E6600
Asus P5N32-E SLI
2X1GB Super Talent DDR2 800
2 x 8800GTS 320MB SLI (1 x evga normal, 1 x XFX XXX edition)
320GB WD SATAII
Thermaltake Toughpower 850W modular

Has this got anything to do with different brand of the GPU? I read in SLIzone that different clock speed is OK.

I have tried:
1) Clean install nvidia drivers again, same problem
2) Tried "SLI Performance Mode" for both AFR 1 and 2, as well as SFR under "3D Settings", same problem
3) Enabled VSync, same problem
4) Enable CVT and treat as HDTV under "Manage Custom Resolution", same problem

Appreciate all you Gurus help out there. Very sad that my investment not paying off. Sniff Sniff
