Need some advice from anyone about car accident

At first, im here to share some information with fellows about what situation he facing currently.

My friend Proton Persona elegance car had a accident, and he sent his car to car repair center which focus on accident car. He thought apply the insurance outside will be more efficiency than in Proton authorize dealer shop and the "makat" skill should be well.

When his car is repaired by the shop and call him for picking up his car back, he was get shock.
He did get confirmed by Insurance and Proton center that all the parts will 100% claim new set of it.
But what he saw was,

1st, in front of the Proton logo changed to as below:

This not the Persona Elegance logo. (the foreman said they dont have sample so might be order wrongly)

2nd, part is the bumper's paint was failed as you still able to saw some scratches clearly.

3rd, the "car feet"(direct transfer as my poor english) should be change new part, but there's some parts of it show rust.

4th, how come the front of right tayar out of gas?

5th, the protruding bonet didn't change new parts because you still can see many scratches as well.

6th, steering oil less than before(half of it gone) unreasonable.

7th, you can see some of the makat parts in the bonet have rust.

8th, changed new tangki, but didn't enter coolant at all.

My fren ask the foreman why bonet not change a new 1, he replied the bonet not really serious and just makat only.
( bonet had crashed until "v" shape but still not consider critical?)

When my fren told him he did received the update from insurance and Proton that bonet and some of the parts will replace new 1. Then the foreman only check in the office and said my fren is right.

During my fren checking the car, the foreman keep asking him wanna sign 1st for the confirmation letter about you had take ur car today, and keep repeat isn't my fren rush to need a car, he can sign 1st and take the car back to use, when the order parts come then only ask my fren to sent the car back to their shop.

I did reduce and integrate the information of this incident.
