Advanced diploma in Tarc for PR

Hi there. I'm graduating from Diploma in Public Relation soon. I want to further my studies in Advanced Diploma that Tarc offers. Here are my questions for those who are pursuing it or have an idea on it. I want to know more from the students instead of the consultant in Tarc. Thanks in advanced..=)

1) Is there any option that I can do this part time?
2) It is necessary for me to go oversea for one summer semester?
3) Will I be having two certificates? One is advanced diploma from Tarc and another one is bachelor from the oversea university.
4) How much money roughly I need for one summer semester in Sheffield hallam university?

Scholarship with PTPTN

Hi, I need some advices from people who did this before or knew about this. I'm currently on ptptn loan, let's say if I managed to get scholarship offer, do I need to pay back my ptptn loan before I can accept the scholarship offer? Or I just stop ptptn loan, accept the scholarship offer and return the money after I graduate?
