Need Help With Old VHS Tapes

Hello there, I've recently cleared some old stuff in my home storeroom. I've found out a bunch of old VHS tape in an old box covered with dirts created by termites (which had been removed prior to the store cleaning).

Is there any ways to clean all of these tapes? I have a can of WD40 Specialist - Contact Cleaner which I've used to clean my PC mobo and some electronics stuff. But I'm afraid it would ruined the data/videos recorded in the old tapes.

Attached below are the photos of the tapes:

WD40 Specialist - Contact Cleaner:

Any information will be greatly appreciated

D-LINK DSL-2877AL or D-LINK DSL-G2452DG?

Hello there. My office is currently using the Streamyx 1mbps Biz packege and currently running TM's old Riger modem/router. I've narrowed down my choice to these two models (D-LINK DSL-2877AL and D-LINK DSL-G2452D) which supports Streamyx as well as Unifi (in case of Unifi becoming available in my office area).

There's only a bit of price difference between these two modem/router. I could buy the DSL-2877AL at my local store and the DSL-G2452D and I could buy the DSL-G2452D online which is only around rm20-30 difference including shipping. Is there any major difference between them? Is there any router equivalent/better at the same price range?
