Dear All,

CA aka Cheer Aspirations, the household name in the Malaysian cheerleading scene needs your help! A fundraising project is being held to help recoup losses from an arson/fire that destroyed their training mats and 1/5 of SMK Seafield's hall. The suspect was never caught. Contributions in terms of funds and materials for the training mats are most appreciated if possible. For more info contact Cheer Aspirations on facebook.

Estimated damage to property is about RM 50,000.

Funds collected will be used to repair the burnt portion of SMK Seafield's school hall and the rubber mats used by the cheerleaders to train.

car accident at Rothmans Circle BAT SS2

Dear all,

I got into an accident yesterday at Rothman's Circle/BAT/Sinchew cross road. A Perodua Alza coming Jln 19/1 beat the red light and me coming from Jalan Harapan hit the Alza as my side was green. the alza then hit a Passat that was waiting at the traffic light on Jln Universiti.

My question is I did not get any details from the Alza driver. I only made a police report.
Black Passat also made a police report.
How do i claim the Alza's insurance as it is not my fault.

me my dad just had an a verbal fight with our neighbour and my dad was waving a stick at the neighbour, i was waving a broom stick. no body contact or anything as i was restraining dad from hitting. mum was there too. they took pics.

questions i hope someone here can help:

1) HOw do i know whether they lodge a police report ? is there a way to check so we can also lodge a report?

case was neighbour always bully us. but we exploded.

sick of working in my company

i am sick of working in my office. everyday come to work get bossed around by manager and my lab assistants. everytime i ask them to take stuff they ask me to take myself.

as a chemist i feel like i am being bullied. my manager also ask me to take myself, then i wonder why i have lab assistants for what.

i am so tired mentally n physically taking all this shit.

no one helps me to pack the paint. i am given 180 kg of paint to pack on my own like some bangla worker in the factory.

i dont know how long i can take this.

i received a fine from AES and asked to appear in court in Slim River Court House in Ipoh.

Do I need to pay the fine ? or should i wait?

Can i just pay the fine without turning up in court. advise is appreciated.

Bonus Payout

Dear All,

I have a question to ask. My company intends to pay my bonus in 2 payouts rather than 1 lump sum.
Is it legal to withhold my bonus instead of one off payment?
and if i leave my company before the 2nd payout is there a way to fight for it ?

the bonus payout is August and January. lets say 6 months. they split 3 months and 3 months.
