- Freehold
- Strata
- Total 130ish units comprising of terrace, cluster and semi d
- Starting around 870k, 1.1mil and 2 mil respectively
- Elevated plot of land
- APDL not yet issued
- Collecting cheque for 1k as booking now
- Developer is Ayer, same as Andira

MICPA vs CPA

Hi all,

I'm currently working and am suppose to be deciding which prof paper should i take. ACCA n ICAEW are both off my list hahaha. So it all comes down to ...

CPA or MICPA.

Initially, i wanted to register under CPA as i wish to expand my career in Aus. (hopefully). And as i know, CPA is more recognizable.

However, i was told that MICPA comes along with membership for ICAA. In that case, ICAA definitely gives a better impression right?

so, i'm stuck in between CPA n MICPA.

Can someone help to explain what are the pros n cons of both CPA n MICPA??

I need to decide ASAP!

Something is bothering me so much recently. I have no idea if it's even a big deal. My bf n I hav been. Together for bout 7 mths already. Before gettin together he gave me his words tat he'll always b thr fr me but whenever we had a fight or I'm jz upset or moody n just wants him by my side , he either get frustrated talking to me or scold me for merajuking..

Thr was this one time we had quite a big arguement. He was out whole day wit his friends, n I wanted to talk to him for awhile at nite he turned me down giving reason tat he's very tired. So i got even sadder n guess what, he scolded me for tat. I explained d reason i wanted to talk to him yet he said I'm unreasonable n not understanding. He even used d word manipulative on me...
Whenever we argue il always be in d wrong.. he dun accept my thoughts about the situation.. n when i cry, he said I always do tat n the things I say r al d same..

When i cant online he merajuk thn il have to call him cuz his replies to my text clearly shown he's not happy.. when i call, he dun wanna say anything... for 30 mins i talked for 25 n he obly 5 mins.. what's worse is when i can online to talk to him, he he talked to me awhile thn rushed out to meet his friends.. goodbye thn offline..

So, tell me what should i do?? How am i gonna make him understand n accept my feelings n opinions as a girl?? Wat is he thinking....

I lied to my current bf. I lied that i wasn't talkng to anyone, but i was on fb chat wit my ex bf. my bf went to my fb and saw it. he got realy realy mad cuz tis is nt the first time as i lied a few times about tis. i dun have feelings for my ex anymore.

my bf is reallly really mad and we almost broke up cuz of tis. shud he dump me? will he be better if tat reli happens?

im also confused about the specification of vivaz saying, it has this fb thingy, but aino dun have? wats tat?
thought al phones which have wifi definitely wil haf the access to fb ryte? and youtube tooo
