For Sale: Casio Duro Marlin Divers Watch.

I bought this watch new to see if I could improve it. So, it's a blue dial, as seen in the pics, which I bought new - genuine Casio, I won't touch fakes - and I cleaned it outside and inside. Gave it a bit of extra polish on the outside, got a good shine on it. Then modded it with a double domed sapphire crystal with blue AR coating. Nice, clear and shiny. Water resistance tested - safe for swimming etc. Not worn since except to show to family
Didn't keep the cardboard box, so I will sell in a compact travel case. (original receipt can be shown if in any doubt that it's original Casio!)
Put it on a good quality NATO ribbed strap with solid hardware - soft, not the cheap hard nylon.

Now selling for RM500, Firm.

For Sale: Seiko Automatic Field Watch and 2 nice Parnis mechanical watches.

1) Seiko SNZG09 green face, 42mm, automatic 7s36, good condition. Some scuffs on the front, tiny mark on the glass. Brushed sides and crown are spotless, it's on a basic rubber divers strap but I'll include a modified single pass Zulu nylon. A few years old, runs just fine, everything lines up perfectly - like all Seikos used to! - no box but I'll put it in a hard nylon travel case.
2) Parnis 44mm flieger style watch. Handwind Seagull movement with swan neck regulator. Runs at +2 seconds a day! Lovely movement. Few years old, some marks and scratches, scuff on the mineral crystal, looks kinda vintage
3) Parnis Panerai style, 44mm, very heavy thick watch. Clear back shows nicely finished Seagull movement, which runs very well and decent accuracy. Lovely dial, 3D effect with nice lume. Few use marks, lugs are kinda fixed but its fitted with a good 24mm rubber strap which will last a long time.

Selling all 3 as a batch only, very fair price at only RM500 -firm- for all 3.
No warranties, but all working AOK and very well.

Prefer COD in Taman Desa, KL, so that you can view, but postage can be arranged.

I have upgraded the tuning to quality locking tuners, and added roller string trees for much improved tuning stability. High polish on the frets.
The pickups are great sounding P90s, esp. the neck, very sweet.

There is a little cosmetic scratch near the pots, as seen in picture. Otherwise very good. Saddle screws have a little corrosion, purely cosmetic.

Reason for sale: Now, there is a review of these on The Headphone List. I don't agree with it. These are not my choice of sound signature. They are balanced, light and airy, with medium bass. Work for vocals and acoustics. Maybe..I call them reference class - whenever you get tired of your current phones, listen to these and your usual ones will sound much better. I just don't understand them, I suppose. Certainly not muddy Don't expect either V-shaped or warm. These were the last pair that lendmeurears had in stock at SGD60! They are now officially rare!
