How to get Income Tax PIN from IRB

Hi I just moved to Singapore for a new job, and I have received EA form from my previous employer in Malaysia.
I have never filed income tax before, and I did research and know that we have to get the PIN from IRB physical office.
But I am in Singapore now, how to do that and how should I file income tax? Any idea?

Recently after 2018 Malaysian General Election, the diplomatic relationship between Malaysia and Singapore has since plummeted, coupled with the recent airspace issue.
My question is, as a Malaysian, I am going to relocate to Singapore for working purpose starting next year.
Will the sour relationship between the countries affect the Malaysians working there?

RM5500 in KL vs SGD4000 in Singapore

Need some opinion or comment from u guys. My fren got 2 jobs offer, one is in KL and the other one is in Singapore. In KL he will get RM5500 for basic while in Singapore he will get basic SGD4000.
Which one should he choose? Need some advise.

But I am driving a second hand 10 year old car, paint also wearing off a bit.
Should I be myself and go and pick her up with my old car? Would it ruin the first date?

Reject Singapore Job Offer

Hi, I am working in Malaysia and on job hunting lately. I would like to ask u guys for advise. I have a scenario here where:

Dilemma 1:
There is this Singapore company A which was the first company offering me a job . I have already signed the offer letter, and just gotten my Employment Pass(EP) approved. But later after continuing on my interviews with other companies, I got better offer elsewhere. I feel like rejecting the offer. Wondering whether it can be done?

Dilemma 2:
I also feel that I understated my expected pay and should have asked higher instead. Let say if I really want to work for this company A, can I ask for higher salary even though I have signed their OL, and gotten EP approved. My concern is my expected salary is already reflected in the documentation submitted for SG EP approval. So don't know can negotiate on the salary part again with SG company or not?

How la can anyone give me advise on my two dilemmas? Please...very upset now..

The bank lending rate has dropped to the lowest 2 years ago in the last 30 years, though now picking up a bit.
But the property prices have definitely dropped to the lowest as well in the last 5 years.
Based on these two scenarios, does it mean that now is the best window to purchase property ? or shall I say BBB mode is officially on?

Get good but cheap condo with less facilities

Hi I have been hunting around for my first property lately.
My budget is 300k to 400k plus. I have checked out quite a few that are around these prices.
But my concern is even those condos have too many facilities, and personally I dont give a shit about them.
I wonder whether facilities are part of the cost of buying if I were to buy those condos.
And since I dont give a damn about facilities, I wonder whether I can get newly built condos with lesser facilities, which of course shall comes with even cheaper prices.
Any recommendations?

"Buying for your first house?"

Walao. I buy first, second, third, fourth, fifth, even 100th is my own business. Why bother asking me this?

Anyone knows what are SA trying to find out from this question?
