working for SME (fresh grad)

Hello guys,

Let me share my story here. Actually I'm already finish my study in BBA Finance with one of the public uni.
After i was finished my last sem last week, i was offered to work with a company which is my internship company (SME company).
but the prob is, i feel unlikely to work there since I'm graduated in finance but they offered me an general accounting position.
the management is also unsystematic and always late to pay the staff's salary. since today, I still don't get my last month allowance.

is it a good choice for me to work there as for gaining experience or i have to risk myself looking for another job?

Hope all of u willing to share an advice or experience here.

Currently i'm in finance internship with small company and expected to finish on May 2011.
Instead of doing the intern, i.m try to gather some information regarding to my future job after the intern.
Have u guys have any ideas how to become Financial Analyst (my dream job) and what should I do for my first step for that career?
Is there any suggestion ways for me?

Let's see if u are worked as a fund manager and the capital for u to invest is RM 100,000.

What type of investment do u play?

Portfolio is preferable.

Any ideas guys due to current market performance.
