my car already hit 11th years old now, clogged 245k km. Summary never had any issues because I did take care of maintenance. However, once heading 170k km onwards, this car's fuel consumption worsens vs. b4 that mileage. especially the city drive. Noted the white smoke on early morning drive b4 car hit optimum temperature.

Things had been done, normal EO change with retaining the manufacturer's viscosity, 0w20, throttle body cleaning, fuel filter change at SC, Iridium spark plug (change per 100k km interval same as manual), few times fuel additive in bottles with varios brands as well as catalytic converter cleaners in bottle form (put it in fuel tank). However, the FC remains as it is. Thus, changing the O2 sensor (my car had 2) will restore the FC? No engine light pops up atm.

My friend just got scammed by car paint shop in Kajang. He send car there for repaint, so shop ask for deposit for rm1.5k. From 2 week complete to 2 months not even had any progress, he fed up and take back his car.

Shop said will refund but as usual scammed him. He made police report, police taici need to report via tribunal pengguna.

When put Tribunal, they need this scammer IC details. How to get this? Any idea. Bank also secretive even give the police report.

My family member's HRV 2016 just had CVT burst inside the gb, now want to proceed with repair and letgo the car cz lost hope with the gb reliability.
Anyone with a good gb repair shop for cvt, appreciate sharing. The warranty just ended after passed 5 years, mileage is 120k km. During the first 5 years under SC maintenance and continue to change CVT oil every 30k km interval after the warranty ended. But this issue still happened.

mine is x70 ckd 2020. Got the famous issue with the brake issue where it juddering at high speed/high force on the brake. this 4S Setapak acknowledges the issue and offers a skim to resolve it, kinda ok to proceed. Then he mentioned the Skim is not under warranty and that needs to pay rm100 for that. lol. Car still under warranty.

End up an appointment at other 4S location. depending on how severe it is, if worst new disc under warranty, else skim foc.

Update: went to Kelana Jaya 3S Proton after some recommendations by x70 owner here. Get new disc under warranty on my case. Only noted many proton owner get suk attitude from Setapak 4S Proton

So basically rent socar last weekend cz they give 3 hours free ride, just paid rm30 total for insurance and 100km mileage capped. Now no more 20km/hours.

Get Passat at MKH boulevard, Kajang. Surprise this is the condition, heck even HU missing kene stolen, for sure not service for long time under them

Want to ask what is the contact no/emails etc for mysejahtera contact person. Yesterday went to atm inside petronas near my house, at least saw 2 guys infront of me went inside without scan mysejahtera or fill up form.

Just went inside like that. Then line up in front of me at atm. The other petronas (about 5 minute apart) got staff jaga in front of the door.
