No Network Coverage at Bandar Bukit Raja Klang

Been subscribing Maxis for the past few years, the network coverage here is very not so good.
Lately for the past few weeks, the coverage is so bad, that voice calls get disconnected all the time while on calls.
This is very unacceptable as other telco is working very fine.

This issue is happening to multiple users at this area.
Pls investigate and revert back.

[WTA] What to do with old servers

I have got some old servers from my company as part of the disposal batch.
Currently having 5 servers as below:

1 x IBM Desktop Server (Xeon 3040 Dual Core, 2GB RAM)
2 x IBM xSeries 336
1 x Dell PowerEdge 1750
1 x Dell PowerEdge 2650

I'm an IT working adult, currently working as Data Center Engineer.
Having knowledge in networking and servers.
I was thinking of setting up some simple FP / DHCP / NAS server in home to try it out.
But in long term, I wish to invest them into own business.
I am willing to do research and learn necessary skills for that.

Questions:

1. How do I utilize them? ( I was thinking of starting business with web hosting, my friend was suggesting to build VPN server / torrent server)
2. What kind of skillset needed for your idea to utilize them? (Example: Apache? MySQL?)
3. What kind of enterprise HDD will fit into them? (The company dispose without HDD as data protection)

*Note: Pls do not ask me to sell them out. I do welcome all useful advices & ideas.

Anyone can help with this?

Can lightning strike modem in apartments?

I'm staying at 3rd floor apartment.

But last time my modem adapter was fried after a lighting strike.
15 minutes ago, lighting strike and my modem was disconnect for around 15 minutes.

It is possible for lightning to strike my modem even i'm staying in apartment?
