Hi, want to ask that, I want to buy a house, my friend A (agent) introduce me to agent B (strangers), to buy a house. Then who should serve me?

1. Agent A and Agent B in a different company, Agent A which is my friend, mainly sells lands in which Agent B sells houses.
2. after paying a booking fee, Agent B no longer serve or update us the info, very slow in replying
3. Agent B says because it's the law that normally if Agent A intro, then Agent A will serve back? Even though the one selling the houses is Agent B (Agent A's agency cant sell)

Hi, I heard from a colleague that if you dont change your car battery at SC, then there will be a risk that the setting of car or something might gone off and there will be some 'side effect' or something and you need to go back to SC for setting it back. So is this true?

By the way, his car is Vios sport

Hi, I hit my car the on Tuesday, hit the autogate like picture below (pic 1). I went to a service center for the price to fix it, the PIC there quote me 2 price,

1 for partly spray the area in pic 2, which cost RM 550, another one is clear the paint on the whole door and respray whole door for RM 900

As per the PIC's comment, if spray partly, the area that sprayed might turn dull after a few years (can be delayed by regular polish and wax)

So I want to ask that how serious the color difference is? Is it necessary to spray whole door?

Hi, I want to ask all the sifus here that

My company is actually the appointed sole distributor for a certain food brand from Indonesia. The one my company selling now are export packing that made by the manufacturer in Indonesia. But lately, many other trading companies bring in the local packaging from the same manufacturer (They bought bulk from market and send in by container).

The local packaging that they are selling dont have any importer sticker but they got make declaration.

So, since my company are the sole distributor, is it possible that I can stop them from selling the local packaging that is not meant for Malaysia?
