CNY no double or triple for part timers

I find out recently that my company is not paying double or triple and no angpau for part timers if working on the first and second day of CNY.
Back in 2009, they paid double + Rm 20 angpau.
When I ask for the reason why this year don't have, they say because economy no good.
Is this normal?
Will u still work if u r in my shoes?

LCCI cert for SPM 2008

I am an SPMer 2008 and I am wondering if anyone receive their lcci cert since it is a double certification with spm. I mean, it's already more than 1.5 years since the results are released.
When I went to sch to get my SPM cert a few months ago all I received is a letter stating that lcci bm is equivalent to the bi one. And the clerk insisted that is only thing they received.
