Toilet piping questions

Hi All,
I plan to renovate my toilet. Currently using instant water heater so I plan to change to storage water heater. I have a few questions

This is my original piping plan from developer. My shower is directly from main pipe so no pressure issue.

If I want to add storage water heater, what is the correct connection should be. Option A, I keep existing plan just add additional copper pipe to the mixer for shower and water basin

or option B where I connect the shower to the water tank instead of main pipe

what are the pro and cons? I'm thinking of option A should be ok since I've been using main pipe as my shower with no pressure issue. Do I still need a water pump for option A? if yes, where do I put it? before water heater or after?

Flush sliding door system

Hi All,
I wanted to hide some area in my house and I was thinking of flush sliding door system as shown in this video.

I've asked Hafele Malaysia but they haven't responded yet. I did talk with my local carpenter, they have no idea what I'm talking about. I was wondering anybody did this before here? how much does it cost? If you guys can share your contacts that will be great. It doesn't have to be Hafele, any brand-less system or china made is also fine.

p/s: I'm based in Penang by the way, so prefer nearby contractors.

175/50R15 tire

Hi All,
I need to find tyre with this uncommon size. So far I’ve been using Goodyear NCT 5 but now I’m thinking to try other brand. From my survey online there is not much choice for this size, the one I found are

1. Goodyear NCT 5
2. Silverstone Evol 8
3. Dunlop SP Sport J5
4. Continental UC6
5. Falken sincera
6. Nexen (not sure which model)

Any other brand/model I missed? Anyway I’m leaning towards continental for now BUT finding that the tyre exists in such size is one thing, to find it on the shop is another thing. So far I can only find Goodyear, falken and nexen in the shop. If you know where I can find UC6 or Dunlop in Penang/Kulim area it will be much appreciated. I’m also open to other suggestions if you have any. Thanks!

Need advice on buying house on lot land

Hi All, I’m interested to buy a house. A brief description of the property I’m looking at currently
1. Land size 50*80
2. Single stories bungalow
4. Priced at 450k
5. Located near tasik biru kundang

The thing is, I never bought a subsale before. All the info I found on the internet are discussing on buying subsale house like terrace or condo. I need some experts advice

1. How to check the market price for this kind of property?
2. What are the things I need to check upfront?
3. Should I just hire agent? Will he/she help to take care everything for me?
4. Most of the articles I read on the internet is saying about seller hiring an agent but I don’t find any about buyer hiring an agent. Is buyer hiring an agent a norm? Who will pay the agent commission?

Basically I’m a noob who needs some guidance. If you have any experience buying such property can you please share your experience and learning? Thanks all

need advise between 2 TV

Hi sifu,
I'm currently in the look out for new TV and my budget is below 3k. I have narrowed down my choice to Samsung 40es6220 and Sharp lc40le835x. Price for both are about the same. Pros for Samsung: built in wifi and free 2 3d specs. For sharp: 4 color but no built in wifi and free only 1 3d specs. If i want to add wifi dongle and 3d specs the price will be out of my budget already. The rest I think is about the same. I will use the TV for astro, movies, gaming, watching sports and YouTube. In terms of PQ, built quality and after sales service which is better? I don't buy TV that often so I'm looking for those that can last me for long time. If you were to choose between this 2 model which would you choose? Thanks all
