Looking for office room in Kepong / KL

Not sure if here's the right place to ask but if you know any office room at Kepong / KL area to be rented out, please contact me. I'm setting up a small accounting firm and I need just a room which can fit 2 desks. That kind of first floor shoplot is good as long as it's clean and located at a not so quiet area haha. Thanks!!!

I don't like to sing so problem learning guitar

Have been learning guitar for about 6 months and found out I don't enjoy singing at all so I'm totally lazy to practise only chords (I still force myself to practise but I don't like it!) but when teacher got me to practise some simple fingerstyle songs I'd work on it much harder and feel happy practising.

Possible for me to learn only fingerstyle playing? I also noticed it's not easy to get fingerstyle TAB on the net so I'll need to learn how to compose them as well I guess. I'm not learning to read notes, I don't want to. Will this be a problem?

My ultimate goal is just to play some pop songs I like and nothing more. Anyone willing to share some advice?

hello! can someone please give me some advice?

i'm an accounting fresh graduate looking for jobs now.
if i'm to escape audit, is tax a better choice or accounting posts in a local plc? (i assume it's difficult for me to get into foreign mnc at this moment)

some medium firms are near to my place such as bdo rsm etc. all big4 except pwc are far. so if i choose tax, a medium firm is very likely to be my starting place. by the way, how you guys see tax department in commercial companies? good future?

as for accounting posts in local plc, what departments deserve more attention? group finance? ap/ar? gl? in fact i'm not sure how many accounting related departments are there outside.

mind giving me some ideas? i'm totally lost when i tell myself i don't want audit. many thanks!

Short term english course for a foreigner

Hi everyone. Just to get some opinions.

My Korean friend is going to stay in KL for 4 months. She is thinking to take a short term English course but don't know where to go. She is 27 and prefer not to stay in the classroom all the time during the class. Maybe outing once a week? Any suggestions? Any private univerisities or colleges is offering such courses? Quality language schools are good as well. Do you all think a private tutor is suitable for her?

Many thanks!

p/s: British Council is not to be taken into consideration.
