Howmuch calories in economy rice (zhap fan)?

Hello guys, I'm currently trying out caloric surplus to build muscle. My usual lunch daily is from zhapfan / economy rice. I tried checking myfitnesspal for the caloric intake but its not so accurate since its more general and the selections at the zhapfan I go to changes daily.

So I was wondering if anyone can help me estimate howmuch calories I take per serving?. Since I'm new to counting calories.
Usually what I take ;

Brocolli /cauliflower 2-3 spoons (steamed)
Egg (sunny side up)
Pork - 2-3 spoons (not sure what its called, but the small cuts with gravy kind)
Steamed Chicken breast (2-3 small-medium size cuts)
4-6 slices of potatos
1-2 spoons of green leaf vegetables (any thats available)
Sometimes I add 1-2 spoons of fried butter chicken (is it unhealthy?)
No rice
Also I include fruits (either 1 apple/orange or some grapes) brought from home

foodpanda not giving back refund . what to do?

Ordered food from foodpanda but after waiting 30 mins+ got cancelled but debit card already charged, happened few times. already 1 week+ still no refund. Few months ago same thing happened, dunno if they even refund back or not didn't bother.

Everyday keep pestering them, they give the same template reply. I call CIMB nothing on their side, all on foodpanda. Refund shouldn't take this long and how are they supposed to refund me back? They didn't even ask for my bank details.

Saw on their facebook , alot of ppl have the same problem. Even 1 month + no refund. They are ripping of peoples money ...

Already made aduan to KPDNHEP but takes atleast 21 days to get back..

anyone faced similar problems but manage to get the refund back?

yaya sometimes ppl dont have cash so no choice use debit especially bigger orders..

hi /k/ , is it possible to travel to Europe from Taiwan via land, (train) ? At the end of the year I have a school trip in Taiwan, and planning after that to go solo backpacking to europe from there, is it possible from Taiwan? Like ferry from Taiwan to China then take the transiberian railway etc, not too familliar with it.

Just wondering if anyone here has done it , before I research more on google.

so my friend's shop keeps on getting vandalized, scribbled with words, even after we repainted the wall few times. not sure what it means , but some notable recurring words are ;

- Madura jawa
- Melayu , Yndia , Cina , Banglades, Hamil , Ustat Melayu cina yndia
- Satelit
- malasia restu
- Yndia Ajak Ayon (Ayah?) ke Hotel (can be seen on other nearby buildings as well)
- Sulkapak cangkul ke hutan (can be seen on other nearby buildings as well)

Just to name a few.

anyone know what these cryptic or gibberish scribblings mean ? could it be something gang / drug related ? or they just trolling us n wasting our time repainting the walls?

I need some suggestions for building a desktop mainly for architectural graphic rendering(vray) and gaming. The games are mainly like witcher 3, dark souls, fallout 4, not really the most current gen games . My budget is around 3k-3.5k (highest maybe 4k if theres no better option), if possible options with and without components (mouse,monitor,keyboard).

Anyone knows where to print A3 (each page size is A3) booklet / magazine , the center is stapled together, like the one for a physical portfolio? Most of the printing shops around my area doesn't do A3 size. If anyone knows around KL area ?

Laptop still slow after fully reformatting?

So when I first got this laptop (Dell vostro ) I could run games like fallout/ skyrim / dark souls on medium settings smoothly. But recently it started to become laggy and less playable compared to when I first got this laptop which was around dec 2013, so its only been 1 year 1/2 + . So i just reformatted everything and did a clean windows 7 installation , then i tested the games .. but its still lagging even though i already reformatted everything . Is it possible for my pc to go back to its initial performance state when i first got it being able to achieve smooth fps ..? My specs are intel i 5-3230 m, nvidia gt 630m, 4 gb ram

For those who play the er hu, Is it a hard instrument to learn/pickup?

is it as hard as a violin or easier? since u dont have to balance it with your chin? I know violin is one of the hardest instrument ( cos i learnt to play the violin before, and was the hardest out of all the instruments i learned)

How do you stop being stiff when performing?

For example, during practicing, you can move alot and interact nicely with the crowd making it a memorable and interesting performance . But then when you get on stage , suddenly your stiff/standing in one spot and forgot everything you rehearsed making your performance mundane and forgettable. What are the ways to overcome this?

How to increase the volume of bass drum

Im current using a v-drum ( roland td-11k ) for recording a drum track. Im recording the drums using reaper, and the bass drum is very low on the v-drums, i already maxed out the volume setting and used the EQ to increase the volume on the preset as well. Is there some sort of VST/ Plugin (like a pre-amp vst for guitar) , etc, that i can use in reaper to increase the volume of the bass drum? the cymbals/toms/snare volume is very loud, its just the bass drum that can barely be heard in the track. I tried using the EQ in reaper but it barely makes a big difference to make the bass drums noticeable. your help is much appreciated

Anyone here studying architecture at UCSI? how are facilities/lecturers? i tried googling and found several bad reviews about the place which made me skeptical, but then again most of them were 3-4 years back .couldnt find any recent ones, so how is the place now?
