Found problem on new car,what can I do

Want to ask all sifu here what can I do . Last week accompany my sister to collect her new Alza advance on inspection found out front driver rims and Tayar badly sctrach like rub tru divider . Immediately I ask the salesman come to look at it, ask him to change new sets of Tayar and rim. He say have to complain to service center arrange . Ask him how long for that , answer don't know . At the end decided not to collect car untill it been change . What can I do as till now no answer or call from the salesman yet .

Car Immobilizer

Need advice . Got 1 persona which only left 1 key . Recently trying to start my car but cannot start after some checking found out my car key immobilizer crack ( taken out check) now with more spare key my car unable to start. Any advice here or should I change the whole alarm System with immobilizer ? Thanks

want to ask all the expert here .. now day all new car come with 3-5 years of warranty .. if get involved in accident .. claim insurance to repair .. did the car warranty still valid?

everyday got people asking is this car good ? comparing A car to B car ..
want to know base on own experience (not uncle/auntie/friend//neighbour) which car model and why you will not suggest to buy.
