Skyline Kuchai Lama

There's going to be a new launch coming up called Skyline Kuchai Lama by TSLaw Group, the developer has a few posts on their FB page now and guys, I've gotten some insider news update!

2) It's going to be walking distance to MRT 2 Kuchai Lama Station which will have an interchange station with the upcoming MRT 3 line.
3) Total of 900++ units of service apartment for Tower A with layout size ranging from 550 sq ft to 920 sq ft

Comparing to the nearest apartment that is newly completed, say, Residensi Far East which the market rate is currently around RM 800 psf, the price for skyline kuchai is pretty darn attractive.

Warranty: Yet to be registered. Supposedly there's still 1 year warranty starting the date you register the product with that serial number? No receipt for it since I won it through a lucky draw.

Warranty:No idea whether without receipt is the warranty claimable? I read online whereby some ppl say you only require the serial number to claim for the warranty. If receipt is not required, supposedly there's still 1 year warranty starting the date you register the product with that serial number.
