Grab experience in 2.75 years

Hi All

i guess let me tell you that i have joining grab since Mar 2018 as part time. what causing me into this due to need financial support. within this 2.75 years, on 2018 almost every night i were doing grab for 2-3 hours and offday will be doing full day from 1pm -7pm because of hour gurantee

2019, doing during off day and night, during regulation in force, i slight reduce of driving due to insurance

2020 same as 2019 but during MCO until RMCO, i have been stop of driving for few months

a total of 3369 riders has been taken my ride
with a travel distance about 20000km.

all above are copy from my record in grab apps included location pick up and drop off

with the record i found that

comparing 2018 and 2019 show that it is slight reduced of 12% mainly due to no longer have hourly guarantee
Comparing 2019 and 2020 show that it is reduce by near 60% mainly due to MCO

in the overall earning from grab - out all commission and some services, insurance and other misc for the car maintenance, a total of 50-60% of the earning use for spending

my advice those who join before 2018 will be earning more than current.

why i leaving this platform mainly due to regulation + current uncertainty situation, i do not plan to continue anymore and i am doing a new job as life planner. you can PM me for further detail.

for those who are newly join, i can only say wish you all the best in grab, all this are depending on luck, as currently i am seeing is supply over demand, previously is demand over supply.

i would mainly comment on penang earning, take note that this is not include other state

earning per hour comparing, before MCO you would earn about 25 per hour, currently with MCO - RMCO only 10 per hour. and you need to maintain you car service and etc.

Grab incentive and hourly guarantee

I am just the noobies first week in grab, and I am doubt with the hourly guarantee incentive

For example I have done pickup 2 rider. I understand that each of pessenger pickup there will have greenline at objective. But how do I check if I am allow to have the incentive?

In same time how I do I know my overall incentive on the particular week?

currently i have facing my tail light black out i were suspecting the fuse spoil in my car, after i have gone through the user manual and search from google, unfortunately i did not see any regarding the tail lamp fuse.

thing i have check
brake light functioning
reverse light functioning

the lamp above the no plate not functioning.

LED headlamp

Hi all

Is LED headlamp illegal? If it is not illegal until what color of light only consider getting blocked?

So far I keep viewing the led headlamp and most of people is selling 6000k (white light) with 3.6k lumen. I am seeing the headlamp majority manufactured vehicle between 1500lumen until 3000lumen.

PTPTN question

Hi all

some question related to PTPTN.

some situation over here
1. i always go to the PTPTN counter to pay for PTPTN which i always overpaid meaning monthly required pay RM106 instead i pay RM200.
2. currently they have started to charge me both (diploma and degree) where both i have to pay around RM430 and i have pay RM450 monthly.
3. in same time i this year a bit busy on first few month. which mean i pay i skip one month pay one month meaning i have skipped january and march, i have repay double in Feb and April (which is RM450 instead i pay RM900)
4. In May, i were planning to pay back debt, unfortunately i have met an accident which causing me unable to move (temporary dissability) for 3 month until July and during July i have settle total of may, jun and july debt.

5. during 2015 i have pay every month.

question over here.
1. i have been suspect due to CCRIS recorded me as blacklist, and currently my application on CC been rejected by 2 bank, i am currently worrying my car loan cannot be approve suspect due to this issue in red wording.

2. is there any chance to appeal if my bank car loan / CC not approve? currently my original MC have been submit to SOCSO and only photocopied MC still with me. due to dissability and currently a little bit phobia during riding the motorcycle to work might need transportation (car) to work.

Advice on PTPTN payment

i just would like to ask if i would pay the PTPTN payment at the PTPTN counter, will there any charges on the transaction fees

i know that online payment are pay the with the transaction fees on RM0.50, i not really sure about the payment via the counter PTPTN

windows corrupted with many multicolor line

hi guys

i really need some help on this issue, i have been faced this issue around 3 weeks ald

what i have troubleshoot as below

1st of all i have suspect software corrupted
1. i have reformat and reinstall windows 7 but failed and caused the original system disk in HDD been corrupted
2. i reformat again then install windows 8, the issue still not been solved

from the above i have suspected the 1 of the hardware been corrupted but i m nt sure which 1
1. i have checked the RAM using memfest86, no issue been found in system
2. monitor, it doesnt make sense as when i move the mouse cursor, the line is moving to other column
3. motherboard, if motherboard spoil, the laptop should not be restart
4. i am suspecting HDD spoil, but dare not confirm

i hope anyone in this forum able to solve my problem

I just would like to ask should I go exam for the above position as reason is

Actually last time after my diploma graduate and applied it but now I only received letter for examination on 7 Dec and current situation I face. Is currently my degree ald going to fin on next year Dec where this position is for diploma where may paid to diploma prices accordingly

Studying degree but taking diploma position, is it worth for me to take the exam for position above or just reapply for pegawai kawalan trafik udara?

currently i created the system for my final semester assignment
i am facing a problem which is unable to save the data into database, while i am saving, it mentioned that

an insert into field cannot contain multi value

my query as below, but actually i didnt do any query at all on the database, even i didnt do relationship also having the same error, i have try to research via google but totally not understand at all, i may need your help, and i currently not from IT background, so i not so good in database

currently i am quite confusing

i am currently pursuing my diploma in electronic course in KTAR, penang, and i am going graduating coming sept

but currently i am thinking to go where continue my degree
some of my choice are below
1. KDU college collaborate with northumbria University (actually is 3 years, but may be can skip 1 year)
Northumbria University (3+0) B.Eng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

2. Inti university college collaborate with bradford university ( offer 3 years, but not sure can be credit transfer or not)
BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (HONS) IN ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING (3+0)

3. KTAR KL main campus ( 2 and 4 months + 3 months in uk either SHU or LJMU)
Advance diploma in electronic engineering and top up to degree

4. i still thinking either wan out of penang bo

do you all mind to give me a suggestion above 3 college which is good for future?
and which is the cheapest way for me to complete in my degree?

game unable in full screen mode

i now currently playing a game
but it is unable to be in full screen. when i try full screen it is totally blackout which is my whole monitor is turn black without any display, while i change back to window mode, it can be used

i ald met all the the specification of the game and even follow what they have done but now still unable to solve it
