Bond & Notice

A friend of mine has been bonded with a company for 6 months because of training provided. Here's what the offering letter about: He started working from 1/4/2010, so as I assume 1/4/2010 + 6 months = 1/9/2010, then the bond will be served right? As the offering letter also include notice of resignation before confirmation (before 6 months) is 2 weeks, after confirmation (after 6 months) is 2 months. My friend intends to quit before he gets confirmed as a permanent staff because of some personal matter but he doesnt want to violate the condition of the bond (6 months) otherwise he would have to paid for the compensation of violation.

So the question is, if he tenders his resignation on 2/9/2010 to the boss, does he require to pay for any compensation of bond violation? Can he just give a 2 week notice of resignation instead of giving 2 months given that he refuse to sign the confirmation latter? Thank you

Shy Attention Seeker

Still remember the last thread that i posted? I found my new target...damn now it turns into the typical scenarion "I fish her, she fish me"...obviously great fish requires more time and resources to get hooked with...but damn, looks like I gotta keep my Thrump card instead of going hard crushing my competitors, she LIKES attention...gotta look for other fish while playing patience game with her. Seriously, I need general opinion of the public, do you think guys like us are stupid? Or it's just our competitive nature to get the best fish?

I found my new target

Tagrget:

Identity: Working chinese female, 25(forgot to confirm)
Description: gorgious and yummy, definitely one of those attention seeker, who puts vanity above all things
Personality: Not affirmative since I only have known her a few days but my experience tells me she's a lil bit shy (judging by her "dragonfly lays egg" handshake, evasive eye-contact)

Content:

I have got her contact number and asked if we could go out sometimes after the brief meeting and she said yes. But the problem is the distance between her place and my place is a lil bit far. Since I'm merely a mortal homosapien who has limited time and resources. Can any good player out there give me a piece of good advice that I should take the challenge and go for it? I need serious advice because it is my first time that I encounter an attention seeker with a shy personality. I don't understand how her brain works seriously and I want to make her to be my hit list.
Definition of MNC

According to wikipedia, A multinational corporation (MNC) or transnational corporation (TNC), also called multinational enterprise (MNE), is a corporation or an enterprise that manages production or delivers services in more than one country. It can also be referred as an international corporation.

How come I have the impression that in this forum MNC only refers foreign giant corporate like SHELL, HALIBURTON, SIME DARBY etc... The last time I check, we Malaysian too have a dozen of local MNCs like YTL, GENTING bhd, and more!!!

So is it my understanding of MNC wrong or ppl here look down on our local MNC?
