Hi All,

Just wanna ask something.

My story like this:-

Recently i just viewed some property at Bangi area (its not exactly in Bangi but abit Kg 1, and the place name also Kampung Limau Manis )

what i love most is eventho the location in kampung area..but the house is on top of the hill, and just around 5 km from Alamanda Putrajaya, but of course its near to my wife office. thats y we love to get this area.

what my concern is.. the seller told me that she wanna recommend me some of her friend. she said that this guy really know about bank very2 much (thats what she said to me). last time this guy work in banking industry but nowdays he's ald pension and become consultant an work by himslelf.

Then i called this guy, he told me that he ald sent some document to some of the bank regarding the housing loan that i wanted to..

Then i started to think of it..if he's do a job like this...
suppose we need to pay him rite?
couse of his trouble to get the loan for me..and so on...

so my question is...
who will pay for it..is it me or dev will bare the cost?
how much normally this runner will get and do i need to pay him...as i didnt ask him to do anyhing..i just wanna ask about the loan?

just wanna share n get some infor regarding town house type..

what do u guys think about town house..

what's the advantage and disadvantages of town house type..

btw im just newbie here..

so need help u guys please give me some infor regarding this type of house as currently i think this kind of house is within my budget. as u know that now property is not that cheap.. and this is my first time to buy a house. wanna learn from taiko2 here what shud i DO n DONT and what shud i need to ask with developer for new houses.

Just wanna ask some advice from u allz...

is that OK if we apply personal loan for settle up all the debt including cc and car...

let say im a gomen staff...i saw that its quite low the interest at BSN...

4.08% p.a...

wanna ask all the taiko2 here about AutoCad..

did most of the job use autocad to do the works? if ive knowledge on this can i make a side income with it...n which company will hire to do drawing to 3rd part?

but do we need to learn 3d also..ivw hears that most of working environment didnt use 3d at all...

if wanna get the training...wherea the place can i go for training?

Yo folks..

whos taikor bout hp ah..
wanna ask u regarding to my nokia 5730 Ex Music
my hp last time send it to kedai hp at mines...
he change my keypad and also my ribbon...
damage 260 wor...
then i ask him to change the housing...
he said original wor..
and total damage about 340 wor....
then now my hp can function properly...
u know what aa...
my hp signal very gila 1...
some area got the signal...
some of them dont have any signal at all..
and send back to him..the shop lor...
he said he cant do anything..as telco...
then i go to telco..
change the simcard...( i thought that my simcard got problem since its never been change looonngg time already..around 7 years i think)
then still the same...
so send back to him..
he just cuci the antena only...
still have the same problem...gonna mad also u know..
just wanna let u know..
before this i never had a problems regarding the signal issue..
but after do repair at that shop the problems occur..

my quest is..
can i ask the shop to do it free...as this 1 never had problem before..
n the kedai also said when antena rosak...never get intermittance problems like me...
so guys...what to do ahhh...

Hi Forumers

Actually i recieved invitation from PKNS by phone call...
They asking me wanna buy a house...
Then i saying that do u have a house at Bandar Baru Bangi..
They say they have...
Im interested with it...
And he saying that the price start with RM 380k for double story..
I still donnow how big it is...
they gonna launch it on this coming October..
So can ask that on that particular date...
And she added that the house gonna be completed on 2013

My questions is...

1) Is it can be trust by this invitation...im noob on this field as this is the 1st time wanna buy a house...
2) Im still single and going to get married on next year...my current salary just around 3k..im from private sector n my partner is government staff..her salary also around 3k..so if let say im interested n wanna buy it...how much loan can i get it...n can i use 2 names as combine loan with my partner..
3) is it worth it to buy...

really need the help u guys regarding this matter...as im still new in this...

Wifi not functioning

I have the Wifi router problem here...the situation is like dis...i cannot get the signal from my Wifi router but if i use direct cable from the router...it can be detected and can surf the net..

Can u please help me fix this probelm..i dunno wat to do anymore....PLEASE....I DIE IF I DUN HAVE INTERNET.....

Need help on windows easy transfer

Hi all,

Need help here...I want to transfer my file from my old lappy to my new lappy via windows easy transfer...easy..no need to setup everything..will be done by this software...FYI my old lappy is running in windows XP and my new lappy running in windows vista..

But my problem rite now is...I want to transfer using the LAN cable..but the cable didnt detect...i just try setup the LAN cable connection and ping the address but still no connection...How to solve it..

Then i use other option which is i save the data from the my old lappy inside my hard drive...using the windows easy transfer that i ald installed...But...the other problem occur during transfer the data on my new lappy...the windows ask me to enter the path to my saved data...then i browse the file that i saved before..but the WET still did not recognize the file that i saved...

Some body....please help me...Pening ald wor~
