Broadband provider
ISP/package: Streamyx basic 512kbps RM66
Location: Sibu, Sarawak
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Not yet, as I dunno where problem really lies

Personal equipment
Modem: Linksys WAG200G (just purchased)
Router: Linksys WAG200G
Firewall used: Zone Alarm Free

Problem details
First occurence of problem: 11 June 2007 (2nd day after I installed my Linksys dsl router)
Problem frequency: Everyday since 11 June 2007
Problem description: Left Linksys on for downloading, but when I check back on it after few hours, the internet/line LED is gone (normally it'll be blinking). Then I try to access Linksys WAG200G menu (192.168.1.1), but I can't access it. I try to unplug/plug the phone line, but no response too. Finally I have to turn Linksys WAG200G off and on to get it running again.

Soon I found out that Linksys WAG200G will disconnect after 10~25minutes (even when I'm waiting for webpage to be loaded). I checked the line & the tone is "toot toot toooooooooooooooo..." (which is d usual tone). So I wonder the cause is the phone line or my linksys (DOA??)
