Cheque floating dissapear

hi sifus,

just asking regarding cheque floating issue.

i deposited a cheque from maybank into my account which is cimb on wednesday.

i checked my online banking just on thursday, i found the cheque is floating for 2 days. and today i checked again, its floating 1 day & the balance increased to amount i deposited.. but just now around 9pm i checked suddenly the floating cheque dissapear & the balance (not available balance) also back to earlier balance.

any possibilities happen to the cheque? how to know if the rejected or else?

how long is refinancing process to settle?

hi all, sorry asking a noob question..
i've asked my lawyer regarding this matter but he refused to answer.. huhu
actly im in a midst of refinancing my property.. i've signed an offer letter on 11/3 and loan agreement with new bank on 2/4.. so now almost 3 months past..
how long it will take more ya to settle the refinancing process n i get cash out from this refinancing?
latest, i just got a letter of redemption cum letter of undertaking from current bank stated that my new bank must settle the sum of redemption before 9/7.. so what's the next process will be after this ya n normally how long it'll take to settle all?
