[WTA] Any software can track processes

It's there any software available to keep track exactly which process?

I make an example here to clarify my request.

Example :

I open 5 Google Chrome, then I saw 1 of the Google Chrome tab in Task Manager>>Processes tab is running high CPU Usage, I would like to go to the exact tab instead of just end the process there. I don't want to end it because that tab might be useful for me or running something important.

In Task Manager is only allow open file location.

If is 5 tabs then might be easy to track, how if I have 50 tabs? Or 50 same genre programs?

I hope all the sifus there understand my request :-)
