Hi, as topic, i kinda need info on what to do when decided to renovate house..

If found this topic https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3490827 , really useful, but this topic is for DBKL and i get to know that different2 Local Authority posses different needs;birocracy/document/payment/etc.

So here's a little bit detail; my house pending for OC, around end of this month(hope so). Terrace corner lot. Thinking of expanding living hall+1 bedroom on the free grass space.

Any penangites can share experience/knowledge?

So heavy haze...

Directly after in the middle of the bridge, suddenly felt burning troat, burning chest, burning body...

maybe later going to be hazeman, join avangers initiative..

from goegrtown to teluk kumba all disappeared. Even the sun are missing. Already at ofis stil burning throat...

Penang is not for people to live one...

only for robot work from 8am - 8pm...another 2-3hours in traffic jammed, arrive home only to eat, let go the load with wifu and sleep. tommorow start again with work...

Anybody else notice lorry already got on penang old bridge today's morning?

Ussually lorry cannot enter at peek hour, morning and evening.

Lorry law already disbanded?

Need advice. WTS a house problem

I just bought a house last year. Still under construction until now. Expecting OC in june/july.
Loan already approve last year. Currently bank already submited 100k(total loan 150k) to developer.
So Im paying half of total monthly payment now. After house finish then pay in full monthly.

But unfortunately I've lost interest to continue with this house. Reason = found better house.
Is it posible to cancel this one? Or do I need sell it? How bout the loan? will bank approve of cancelation?

1st time owning a property.
