Help on Total Lost Claim

I'm not sure where to post this so here goes. Just need some insight on this matter if anyone ever has any experience. Bear with me

So I got in an accident 2 month ago and the insurance just release the claim status as total lost.

My insurance when i renew is agreed value at 11k, would i get this much or are there calculations that only they know?

The workshop said if I opt for total lost, I need to pay them 1.5k for processing fee. Is this the right practice?

Workshop also said if I want to repair, need to write letter to the insurance and I probably need to topup the amount. They said repair could take 7-8k.

My question here, if I opt for repair, wont insurance cover 100% of repair cost? since 8k is still within 11k value

And If the topup amount is too high, can I opt back to total lost.

In total lost case, what happen to the car when I received the money? Is it still mine?

And how can I keep the plate no if i want to total lost the car?

Last year I give my wife iphone XR to replace her samsung A30 but after using a while, she didnt like it so switch back to old samsung but still carry around the iphone to take photos. Very inconvinience since she asked me to transfer photo later so help me choose android phone with better camera than iphone XR. Can suggest other model also.

Hi guys,

hope this is the right place to ask. since mco is back, im suffering to wfh in aircondless home.
Planning to buy aircond unit online. The thing is, my apartment has no lift and no balcony for aircond compressor.
I see my neighbors, the compressor is install with bracket on wall at height. The contractor will surely needs skylift.
but a few shop I ask only offers installation which the compressor is install just outside, no skylift or whatsoever.

So, can suggest or recommend any aircond contractor which can provide the above service Kota kemuning, shah alam area.
Just installation.

USB Keyboard Disconnect

Hi guys,

My current PC setup is right next to my wife sewing table, its like our hobby corner. So all of our machine on the table is plug in to one extension coming from single power plug.
So last night when I was playing game, my wife was using her sewing machine and suddenly my keyboard intermittently disconnect. Every time my wife press her machine,
my keyboard would light up and when she stop, it disconnect. I have try other usb port also same. other usb peripherals seems not affected, only the keyboard.
This issue gone when she stop using her machine. Could it be power not enough? Her machine only 50w though.

i7 4790 to i5 10400 with GTX1070

My current rig i7-4790 + GTX1070 can handle any games I play smoothly at 1080P, 100+ FPS with optimize setting.
Just curious how much performance increase should I expect if I were to upgrade to i5-10400, purely gaming performance.
I'm targeting to play at ultra setting and still have that 100+ fps

How accurate is GPU temp sensor?

I'm using rivaturner to monitor my temp during gaming and my CPU and GPU only max at 65 degree at full load usually
which is good but when I touch my tempered glass, it doesn't feel like 65 to me more like 75 to 80. So how accurate is the sensor actually??
