Dell 1420 Screen

Does anyone can help me on the display problem?

Model : Dell Inspiron 1420
Year : 2-3 years

The screen is normal when I on it and Desktop show quite clear.
When a window is opened, the screen display line and blur.
I print screen of the blur image and view by another computer, I found that it is a clear picture.
Is the problem on ribbon, display card, screen, motherboard or other?

Please guide me!
