Good day everyone ,

I'm currently 26 years old working in Service Desk Analyst for a major computer based company since 2009 , and I have to say that Im in my comfort zone, recently i got an offer in an oil and gas company that offers 50 % extra than my higher pay . Taking the offer means I have to leave my comfort zone and start all over again ,

The offer is too good for me to reject it ... I have another issue too , since working in 2007 , my current company is my third company and it will look bad in my resume as a job hopper .

Please advise on the carrer prospects of IT ( Service Desk) in oil and gas

Hie everyone ,

Im currently working in a Service Desk Line and intend move on to Server line , Active Directory to be percise. I have completed MS6424 training ( FUndamentals of Active Directory 2008)

Do I need working exprience in Active Directory to continue MS6425 and 6426 ? In dilema now . I have been working in Service Desk line since I started working 4 years ago . In my currently work enviroment , only touches 5% of Active Directory from my job scope .

I would like to continue witg MS6425 and MS6426 , just afraid could not catch up with the training lessons

Hello All,

I have been working in the IT Line for 3 years. 2 years in Helpdesk/Service Desk and 1 year in field support. Currently considering to pursue a professional Microsoft certification or Networking course that will upgrade my skills. I'm not sure how to start . Please advise . Also it is too late for me to start on something different example , networking line ?

Did my research in Microsoft website , but I would like to get hands on advise too
