Desktop Upgrade Suggestions

Hi sifu out there!

Would need some advice from newbie here to upgrade my old desktop machine.
Main purpose is to refresh the hardware and also support most gaming in the market now with reasonable budget.

Current Spec:
1) MSI 770-C45 : Is the mobo very outdated and require an upgrade?
2) AMD Phenom II X4 945 3Ghz
3) ATI HD 4800 : Definately looking for upgrade here!
4) 6GB RAM DDR3
5) 550W Power Supply
6) Cooler Master Full Tower

I'm looking to spend up to RM500 for a new GPU for gaming purpose but wondering if mobo required an upgrade as well. Planning to reuse casing and power supply which I think should be good.

Any advice on this?

Hi,
I just got a Vios and would like to upgrade the stock sound system.
My budget is around 1.5k to 2k.

My concern is connectivity with iPod/iPhone, USB, Bluetooth.
Touch screen, DVD is optional but good to have.
My playlist usually is the latest hitz song which includes rock songs.
Don't need a GPS, tv antenna, rear camera.
Preferably plug and play and don't disrupt the car wiring.

Can sifu here recommend me the items that I could get with the budget allocated?

Was interested to get the C One Style Front Bumper for Vios but I was told that the durability for this bumper is very brittle as it is made by fibre.
Is this true?

Hi everyone, I'm not that familiar with CPU hardware.
Hence here are several question I have for you guys.
I'm planning to get AMD Phenom x4 945 for my next CPU build.
1) How do I identify which motherboard is compatible with the processor that I'm getting?
2) Any suggestions on the graphic card that I should obtain?
My budget for this area is below RM500. I'm just looking for a value for money card here.
3) I'm going to reuse my power supply (450W).
Is it sufficient for this processor and how do I identify my needs on the voltage?
